Dear Mr. Gautam,
All your questions are directly or indirectly related to PCI. It is only PCI who is responsible for present day conditions of pharmacists of India. PCI has power but never used for the welfare of pharmacists.
In Pharmacy Act there is a provision of Pharmacy Inspectors but only one or two sates have pharmacy inspector. And the number of pharmacy inspectors appointed are in single digit. It is impossible for PI to keep an eye on whole of state. Pharmacy inspectors work is to check whther a pharmacy is running in the presnce of a registered pharmacist or not. But PCI never seriously thought about this.Wait for a few months. There will be a complete change in pharmacy councils.
In reply to - gautam upadhyaya posted an update: Q.1 – How PCI is insuring the quality of pharmacy institutes and Pharmacy students? Q.2 – How PCI is going to manage the Demand/Supply ration in case of pharmacy students? Q.3 – Do PCI have any data over quality of life (in terms of average salary) of pharmacy students (Dpharm/Bpharm/Mpharm/PhDs)? Q.4 [...] · View -
